Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026. This policy explains how SchoolOps, a brand of Brilliant Inkk Private Limited, handles personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Details you enter in the audit form: institution name, type, city, website, your name and role, and WhatsApp number.
• Your website's public content, which we read to prepare the audit.
• For clients: account access and the content, photos and information you share for the service.

2. Why we use it

To prepare and send your audit, to contact you about it on WhatsApp, to deliver the services you buy, and to issue invoices. We do not sell your data.

3. Student and parent data

Where our work gives us access to enquiries or records from parents and students, we use them only to deliver your service, keep them confidential and do not contact them for our own purposes.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (such as hosting, email, WhatsApp and payment providers) and when the law requires it.

5. Retention

We keep audit enquiries for up to 24 months and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. Reply STOP on WhatsApp to stop messages.
