Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026. These terms apply to services sold under the SchoolOps brand by Brilliant Inkk Private Limited, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad ("SchoolOps", "we").

1. Services

• Free audit: a review of your institution's website on 44 checks across Google SEO, Meta and social media, and AI search readiness, shared on WhatsApp.
• Monthly plan (₹14,999 + GST per month): management of all 44 checks, your Google Business Profile, review replies, social profile links, AI search readiness and a monthly report. It renews monthly until cancelled.
• Annual plan (₹1,19,999 + GST per year, paid upfront): everything in the monthly plan for 12 months, plus a new website built in 3 to 4 weeks after access and content are received, website firewall protection and malware monitoring, 2 blog articles a month (one every fortnight), admission-season updates and a quarterly competitor check.

2. Your responsibilities

You give us access to your website, hosting, domain, Google Business Profile, Search Console and social pages within 7 days of payment, and share the content, photos and approvals we need. You confirm that the information you give us about your institution, affiliation, fees and results is accurate. Drafts not reviewed within 5 working days are treated as approved.

3. Platform approvals

Google and Meta verifications are decided by those platforms. We submit them promptly but do not control their timing.

4. Ownership and confidentiality

Your institution owns its domain, website, content, accounts and data. All logins remain with you. We keep access details, student and parent data and internal information confidential and use them only to deliver the service.

5. No ranking guarantee

Rankings and AI answers are decided by Google, Meta and AI companies. We guarantee the work and your score on the 44 checks, not a specific position. We never write fake reviews or pay for reviews.

6. Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST unless stated. The monthly plan is billed in advance each month; the annual plan is paid in full upfront. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A tax invoice is issued for every payment. See the refund policy and delivery policy.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel the monthly plan with 30 days' written notice; service continues until the end of the paid month. The annual plan runs for 12 months from payment. On cancellation or expiry we hand over all access and files.

8. Not included

Domain and hosting renewals, paid advertising budgets, photo or video shoots and third-party listing fees, unless agreed in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
