Refund policy

SchoolOps refund and cancellation policy for monthly and annual plans.

All payments to SchoolOps are final and non-refundable once work has started. Please review your free audit and the plan details before paying.

1. Monthly plan

The monthly fee is paid in advance and is not refunded for a month that has started. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice so that the next month is not billed.

2. Annual plan

The annual fee is paid upfront and covers website building, setup and 12 months of management. It is non-refundable once work has started, including if access or content is not shared.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice or a payment fails but money is deducted, write to us with the payment details and we will refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirming it.
